We would like the ability to cancel unused tickets after the guest has notified us they are not coming without giving a refund so we can resell the ticket capacity. We use the credit towards a future event and since programs cannot be transferred unless in the same program we just have to create notes on the orders when this is done. The ability to credit a gift card on an account would be even better.

We also sometimes folks want to cancel their tickets to free up capacity but donate the money, so this would be very helpful for that!
