My organization does not currently need the receipts for refunds printed, so it would be nice to have the option to default to email if the customer would like a copy. It would also help cut down on unnecessary paper usage.
It is also a waste in the instance of a member accidentally double booking their tickets because when I go to cancel/refund one, the member does not need a receipt for their cancellation and we do not need a copy of a receipt that totals out to $0.
