Theres another idea here about not showing (or at least improving the way they appear) refunded transactions in the membership record history which would partially address the issue I am raising. To ensure users correctly read a membership record and the transactional history, the comments section is extremely helpful. But as of a recent upgrade or two, most users dont seem to be able to view the Comments box at a glance anymore. Instead they have to open each and every transaction and check for comments, an extremely time consuming step. I'd like to guess/suggest that this is a small thing for BB to fix in Altru. The current solution being offered, to "reduce security settings on browsers" isnt acceptable I would assume for most organizations.
