Allow term-specific membership benefits within the same membership level

We would like the option to set term-specific member benefits within a membership level. For example: our one-year Individual-level members get two guest passes. If we set up a two-year membership term, we'd like the option to say that two-year members get four guest passes and one-year members still get two. We would prefer Altru add an option under "Frequency" that says "annually" OR an option under "Quantity" that says "based on number of years in term."
