I'm not sure if this topic fits this thread...
I would like to be able to NOT charge a service fee for certain programs. But since the service fee is attached to the Will Call delivery method and all of our online and phones sales are "Will Call," then any program sold via those sales methods will have the service fee attached. It would be nice to be able to have a choice...either attach the service fee to programs individually OR by delivery method.

Absolutely! We should be able to get a web based mailing fee attached to specific programs that are purchase online... Has this been implemented yet?
Not all of our events are the same and it would be great to add/eliminate fees depending on the event.
Events are not one-size-fits-all. It is appropriate and desirable to add or adjust or eliminate fees in different ways depending on the event, the attendees, and user requests.

Order fees need to be able to be applied to programs. We recently ran into a major problem with this where we wanted to add a per-order fee to a program and were unable to do so without assigning it to either everything online or everything that receives an eticket... which in our case means all programs either way. If these fees are going to be tied to delivery method, then delivery method needs to be adjustable to the program. I don't want to send etickets for all programs, but if I want to send them at all, I don't have a choice. If I add a fee to etickets, it also has to apply to all programs posted online.
