Add "Race" to Demographic Information

There is currently no "race" option under the demographic information of the constituent profile. Some of our programs are funded by grants and request demographic information, specifically race, to ensure we are serving underserved and minority communities. Many government grants require this information as well. We currently use the "ethnicity" option, but as you know this is not the same as "race".
