Add the ability to remove "Additional Donation" field from donation webforms

Please add the ability to remove the "Add an additional donation" from donation webforms. It looks absolutely ridiculous to ask constituents to add a donation when they are already in the process of making a donation. The problem can be seen in step 2 of this webform: https://30606altru.blackbaudhosting.com/30606altru/CRINDUnrestricted

    I agree! It's so awkward to have a "Make an additional donation" on a donation page!

    I second that! It would be very helpful to have the "additional donation" removed from the donation webform. It will upset or confuse potential donors.
