allow online ticket purchasers the ability to reschedule their tickets for another available date/time

Our patrons may need to change their date an time for a scheduled program. It would be great to allow them to reschedule their own tickets at their leisure, rather than calling us to reschedule. This feature could be turned on or off based on organizational policy for the scheduled program or event, and could simply be a link provided on the ticket email sent at the time of purchase with language explaining that they can reschedule, if necessary.

We have patrons visit based on the schedule of a large local camp, and their visits are often weather dependent. We can not adequately predict the staffing needs and would greatly benefit from patron self service.
