Fuzzy Date Attributes Should Still Work When Only Month and Day Is Known

In Altru, when entering a value into the Date of Birth field, it's possible to enter a full DOB (month, day, year). It's also possible to just enter month/day or month/year. This is very helpful when the full information is not known.

The Fuzzy Date attribute type is not able to handle this same level of flexibility. We cannot enter Month/Day this always converts to Month/Year. So if I enter I want to enter March 24th - 03/24 - it becomes 3/2024.

I have a workaround, but it's annoying to have to have a workaround.
