I love that you can now set up different acknowledgement letters for different types of purchase. However, it takes forever to check the box on every single one (specifically all of our programs.) It would be great to have a DEFAULT letter for the different categories. This should cause it to send just one acknowledgement email for all of the programs, instead of one for each one.
