We lose credit card disputes due to the fact that when you buy online there is no way to prove they consent to the refund policy. Posting it on our web site or in the ticket text does not count. They need a check box that sates by purchasing they agree to the following policy....It's frustrating to lose disputes over someone stating someone else uses their card but more frustrating over something the credit card companies require.
Absolutely. They should enable their customers to protect themselves.
