When entering payment, add a drop down menu of all contacts for that organization so you can select which one receives the acknowledgement letter

We have several organizations that have multiple contacts for us depending on what we are soliciting for. Right now, I keep changing the "primary" contact so that name runs on the letter for the most current payment. It would be nice if you can select on the payment record who should get the letter.
