More capability to edit web page design

Right now when a class is full, the screen comes up with the class information and says "Sold Out" right above the class information. The words are not bold, big or in color, which causes many of our parents to overlook it and not be able to figure out why they can't register. I would just like to be able to change these two words to make them stand out -- maybe bold, large AND in color. It would be nice to be able to change the design on this without finding someone who knows HTML.
