Group type is unable to be changed or edited after it is checked in.

There have been instances of people booking a group sale and not putting anything in the group category field. However this is going to throw off our reports but I can't find where I can go in and attach that group category to a reservation that was made without it. Where can I go to adjust this?

    It can be added if it was never added before and the group hasn't been checked in yet. One the reservation, expand the itinerary in question and click "edit" and if didn't add any group type before, you can add it.

    HOWEVER, once one is added you can't change it. I would LOVE the ability to adjust the group type after it's been created. We use these heavily for reporting, and I have to manually check and edit these in excel for a monthly report. It would be ideal if I could fix these after they've been set and even after the group has been checked in.

    For example, our group visits fall into one of three categories: Non-School Group, School Group, DPS (local district). I do reporting where it is important to be able to categorize by each of these. If it's been put in wrong last December, I have to change it monthly in every report I do. (I find these because they've used price types that go with a different category). If I could just make the change after finding them the first time, it would be a lot less work AND anyone pulling this data would have it correct and not be dependent on knowing how to correct it.
