When you are registering for a pre-registered program online, there is the ability to use/copy registration information you've already entered. This is especially helpful for parents registering multiple children for camp or one child for multiple camps. There is still no way for us to use/copy that registration information if a staff person is assisting a constituent. They must enter everything manually for every camp (this has at times taken close to an hour for multiple camps for multiple campers which is completely unacceptable for a constituent).

Please allow the same features that already exist in Online sales to exist in Daily and Advance sales. It's terrible Customer Service to have to tell someone, "actually it'll be much easier and faster if I don't help you and I direct you to our website" even when we stay on the phone to walk them through it (or at times, create the online order for them ourselves and then have to direct them to change their password after we assist them.
