Ability to sort by encumbered funds in the opportunities grid

We are looking for a way to ensure no awards are missed in the current cycle, and also find awards that may need to be adjudicated. An easy way to do this would be to have the ability to sort by awards that already have funds encumbered. Unfortunately, there is no way to do this. Adding an encumbered funds column to the general opportunities grid export would be super helpful.
