Receive notifications when constituents register for specific events/programs.

Currently, you can only receive notifications when a constituent signs up for ANY program. It would be helpful to allow this for specific programs or events because I only need it for specific ones that require follow-up.

    Would be great to be able to have an email notification that would be able to be customized to the teacher or presentor that will be doing the program without having it go to one person to forward or to others that are not involved.
