There are several field labels that would benefit from an update, even if it's just the interface that's changed and not the underlying tables:

Spouse - the spouse relationship imparts specific functionality (such as recognition credit or joint name formats) but not everyone with the type of primary relationship is actually a spouse. Suggestion: Primary Personal Relationship

Volunteers - the volunteer module isn't really about volunteers, it's about assignments to whoever can do the job, whether that's staff, volunteers, interns, etc. Suggestion: Assignments

Major Giving Prospect - the prospect module is useful for tracking all sorts of prospects, not just those who may give major gifts. Suggestion: Prospect

Treasury vs. Financials - Can these two tabs just be combined?
