My team has struggled with the total revenue and payment report, specifically as it relates to tracking campaign giving toward a certain designation. It would be helpful if there were more features to this report that allowed us to sort by pledge, donation, pledge payment, etc. Currently the report is somewhat limited, sometimes "double counts" pledges versus pledge payments. Because of this we are using a query we built to pull that data. It would be great to have everything in one replace with a more robust, clear reporting feature.
