Include Giving levels-Display Names on Donation email alerts for online sales

At times, an organization may use a donation webform for a variety of campaigns/initiatives that may have more than one giving level at the same amount. While the public webform states "Display names" for each giving amount, it would benefit the organization to see said display names in the Email alert for the online sale. At the very least we should be able to pull that information via query (much like comments that are made via online forms).
