Food Service- Ordering Functions

We have a Cafe as part of our services. We really need to be able to run our Cafe more like an "order-up" restaurant. We are very limited with Altru merchandise functions, and we need see this functionality added to Altru. One that includes an inventory of raw goods, customizing menu items, display order options for the kitchen, etc.
