Add Partners to households, not just spouses

Please add Partners to households and if not, at least allow partners to be added for addressee/salutation. Right now, partners cannot be recognized and that is not acceptable. There needs to be a way to make this possible, even if can do it manually somehow. Thanks for considering this important feature.

    For years I have had to put the two adults in the household as spouses, then I have created the relationship of "Marital Status Actually Unknown." Wish we could just have "heads of household" or something legit to tie the accounts together.
