Option for "no event conflict"

We often need to indicate that something is happening in a gallery in the event calendar without causing it to block the location for other events. For example, the air handler is going to be down in Gallery A on Tuesday. Everyone needs to see that on the calendar, but they should still be able to book tours and meetings in Gallery A that day without running into a conflict. I'd like a checkbox when setting up a program event that would say something like "no event conflict" or "allow other events to be scheduled at the same time."
