We announce tickets for each program event on a weekly basis. Some of our constituents like to be able to keep an open order and add to it until we are done announcing our events then pay the total. We use the "Pay on arrival" option in advanced sales to "reserve" these tickets. These orders can linger for a while and sometimes end up not being completed. We need a query that is a complete list of all registrants for upcoming "active" program events but also need to filter out those who haven't paid yet. This is something that you can get from Altru when you drill down to a program event and either view the "Registrants" tab or pull up the "View roster" report. Both of these show a column named "Order paid" but we are unable to pull a query that shows this in the same way.
We are able to create a sales order query to be able to view paid orders but from this source view we are unable to see the list of registrants, we are only able to view the person that purchase tickets and how many tickets they purchased.
When we switch to a registrant query we are able to pull an accurate list of all the registrants without having duplicates but we are unable to identify which has the order paid.
I have worked with Altru support for weeks and it ended with them telling me it's not currently possible. Please give us a way to filter a custom query in this way.
