Blackbaud Support: Unfortunately we can't reschedule a member only event. However, you can issue a refund to the members who are wanting to reschedule and then they can purchase tickets to the new date and time so the 10/21 at 5:30. Or you can temporarily remove the membership restrictions from the event while you reschedule the tickets.
The ability's to offer our Members special events is a wonderful feature! However to not be able to reschedule these tickets from one Member Time slot to another is a huge hinderance!
In our Organization there are many team members who are trained to reschedule tickets but not many who are trained to create or edit the event. To only be able to offer to our Members the option to refund their tickets and then Re buy is very inconvenient for them and costly for us in the credit card fees.
OR to take staff time to edit the event to open to the public risk someone who is not a member to purchase for that time slot just to move a Members tickets and then relock the event is alot of steps to ensure our Members are able to attend the timeslot they would like.
The reschedule tickets feature is amazing but to not allow a Member to reschedule to another Member event is very limiting, Please add this in!
