Remove extra donation from donation web forms (make it not a global additional to all web forms)

It's unintuitive to ask someone to make an extra donation when you're already soliciting their donation (on donation web form). It's great for ticket sales, programs, etc. but this should be an option not a global thing. We would like option to remove it from donation web form without having to remove it from all web forms.
