Mark as primary one of Multiple Memberships

We allow multiple memberships and would like to mark one as primary so that when querying Active Members, the correct expiration date is displayed. Currently, the query pulls the correct members, but displays the expiration date somewhat randomly from other memberships, or past lapsed or cancelled memberships. (It would also be useful to merge a canceled membership with the current one.)
