The on-screen instructions for expired passwords are INCORRECT and do not allow the patron to log in. This has been the case since the July 2022 security enhancements which force patrons to update their passwords, however the instructions lead them to a dead end. Specifically they are instructed:
Your password has expired and must be changed. Select "Forgot your password?" below to continue.
However there is no link to click. When the patron clicks "Submit" they receive a 404 error.
This Blackbaud bug will cause frustration and registration issues for a large number of our camp patrons during busy camp registration on February 1st. 634 of our 753 camp patrons from last year have expired passwords, and have not reset them despite reminder emails asking them to do so. Please update these instructions so that our patrons can have a smooth checkout experience.

It looks very unprofessional to have an alert that tells our customers to click on a link that isn't there - and it's frustrating for them. Why would they put in the time to register, which is time consuming as it is, if they encounter a dead-end error like this right on entry?
