Make it easier to change donations to membership or memberships to donations

Currently if a consituent makes a donation online, but that payment was intended for membership, the only way to correct it is to "refund" the payment interally and then enter it again as intended. It would be so much easier if we could just change the payment from donation to membership without having to refund it.
