Customized text on donation page

I'd like to add some basic text formatted with paragraph breaks or a bulleted list or something to a specific donation page. I can add paragraph text to the "Additional Information" section but this can't be formatted at all. If I edit the HTML on the page designer that affects all of my donation pages.


I envision something like the text editor that exists for event pages.
