We value your unique insight into our products and services and often receive ideas and feedback from our community in a variety of ways. To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
There are so many good ideas here (with so many upvotes!) that have never been implemented. Posting something here often feels like shouting into the void.
I know some of these ideas have been "reviewed", but that's not really helpful. A lot of *great* ideas go back 6 or 7 years. And it's very frustrating when a support person directs us to vote for an upvoted "Idea" that was first posted in 2016.
If certain "ideas" will never be implemented, it would at least be worth at least knowing that, and perhaps knowing why they won't be implemented. I wish Altru/Blackbaud was able to communicate with these ideas in a more productive way.
