Webform login email ("online info" username) should be tied to the constituent record's primary email.
Current Behavior:
Webform username can be updated independently of the primary email; and primary email can be updated independent of webforms, causing a mismatch and confusion for end users. This can be resolved via staff training, but is open to human error.
Desired Behavior:
Changes to primary email are automatically applied to the webform username field. This includes updates made: manually, via data merge, and via batch.
Thus, when a member wants their email address changed, their webform login is also updated, avoiding potential frustrations.
If organizations require these two fields to be independent, then there should be an admin level setting to toggle behavior: primary/webform linked (Desired behavior) or primary/webform independent (Current behavior)
