Creating a new household is needlessly cumbersome. On the household members tab, the "Search existing individuals" should be an omni search like Constituent search, querying Name and Lookup ID. (phone and email would also be nice)

Steps for creating a new household, from an open record:

1. Open an individual constituent record, which is not part of a household

2. Under "primary relationships", click "add to household"

3. Click the Magnifying glass to search for households

4. Click "(+) Add" to create a new houshold

5. Click Household members

6. Search for an existing individual

Results:

• Search field only queries names, unless you do an additional click on the magnifying glass, then have an additional click for the search button.

Expected:

• Field should query look-up ID, saving clicks and time.
