Once a week we receive over the phone orders to purchase products from our store. We love our WISEPOS E card readers, but a huge drawback is not being able to manually enter a card number while it's connected. Because of this, we have a workstation with an old swipe reader that is reserved for phone orders, even though it is infrequent. If we were able to manually enter the card number with WISEPOS E, we would absolutely order another one, and have another fast workstation.
