about 40% of our donors donate through sales orders these days, be it online or at the front desk, and it's not very helpful to have recognition programs only show the back office donations. I love recognition programs because they are useful for showing giving levels, which would be great for an annual report or donor wall, but it's basically useless for these if it isn't including all relevant data.
