There are some program types that we do not want etickets sent via email. Currently, you cannot adjust delivery options (or deliver eticket sending) at the program level, which assumes that every type of program at an institution functions the same way (not realistic). It would be helpful to have the ability to disable etickets at the program level.
100% agree. They really need to change this. I don't need eTickets for member events or fundraisers because we check them in by name. I have many people asking me if they need to bring the eTicket, they'll even print it out and bring it with them. Then I end up throwing it away because it's useless!
