When you search in Daily Sales or Advanced sales by Membership Lookup ID (aka scanning a membership card) current members as well as dropped members still show up in the search results. This is frustrating to certain members because the dropped member may be an ex or someone they no longer want to be associated with. We want to have discretion in circumstances such as this but there is no option to remove a dropped member from the search results. We also cannot delete a membership card that was issued after it has been cancelled. If we could this may resolve the problem. I do not see the benefit in keeping a dropped member in the search by membership ID results.
