Any contact batch import should automatically mark them as primary.

If I am updating a constituent record, it should automatically make them the primary address. Why would I be updating it otherwise. Frustrating.

    Oof. Found the setting to change it. Sorry guys! Still, I think it would make sense for the default settings to be "Always".
