Bulk refunds for canceled events

If an event that requires paid tickets has to be canceled and cannot be rescheduled, it would be VERY good if we had the ability to take the registration list and refund all participants at once who paid by credit card, rather than having to issue refunds one at a time. Some events have several hundred registrants. We use BBMS so the link with Altru should be there.
