Just as we acknowledge purchase of tickets, it would be useful to have an automatic transaction if tickets are cancelled by the Museum. What we have had to do in some cases is manually issue such receipts through the Museum email address. Automatically generated would be much more efficient.
This would be very helpful -- especially when dealing with those who try to outsmart our private event/group policy by overbooking under one email through a combination of different names and transactions.
