The current solution from Blackbaud is to ask the user to type the words "decline benefits" into a text box. Since a webform can be associated with an appeal, and an appeal can have associated benefits, the webform should accommodate a checkbox that allows the user to decline benefits and receive 100% tax deductibility for their gift.
