When entering a payment via Back Office we have the ability to edit or delete the payment, but we do not have this option for Daily Sales. We only have the option to "Refund", which is okay if we are actually refunding, but normally the payment was only entered incorrectly and just needs to be corrected. This has created a lot of accounting errors for us.
