When looking at the Preregistered Program Check-in Page for any program all I see is a last name, if a person has paid, and if they are checked in.
The email used at checkout, the order number, and if they are a member/non-member would all be immensely helpful.
I would also suggest you put a search bar so all i have to do is type "J" and it will pull up all the last names with J, or type an actual last name to find someone. When we have events that are 1,500 people, scrolling and scrolling and scrolling to find someone its awful and time consuming, especially if everyone in the party has different last names.
