To streamline this process, we’ve created an idea bank where you can post product suggestions, vote for those most important to you, and add comments to existing ideas.
We run a member's presale for camps each year, with very high demand (sold out of ~25 camps during the first few hours). When presale tickets are sold out, the patron does not receive any messaging letting them know the program is no longer available. In 2023, they saw an error message (“please enter a whole number from 0 to 1”) and this year price types simply disappeared for those programs. Please create a way to notify patrons that presale tickets have all been sold. This will greatly improve the process for this very visible, high-demand camp registration period.
