As a manager, I have no ability to manually unlock a user's account once there have been too many login attempts. Currently, the only way to unlock the account is to wait 24 hours, or have the user clear the cookies/cache and wait 1 hour.
My organization works with an older population that does not know how to do this. As a manager, I need the ability to unlock these manually myself, especially during busy events.
Attached is an example of an error my users constantly get. The inability to manually unlock accounts make me look like I am offering poor customer service. There is no way to immediatley fix this problem when it occurs.
