I'd like to be able to merge duplicate event locations, in the same way that you can merge duplicate constituent records and pick which information ends up in the final record. For example, for various reasons over the years, we've ended up with like 5 entries for the museum. This means that we don't have an accurate count of the number of programs/events held at the museum, and it's possible to double-book ourselves if someone does a group reservation with one museum location entry and someone else makes an event with a different entry for that same museum location. For funding and partnership reports, it's necessary for us to pull the number of programs/events happening in different locations pretty regularly. This example is just for one of many locations where we hold programs and events, so you can imagine that this becomes a pretty tedious use of staff time. Adding this fairly simple software feature would be quite helpful!

Agreed! I would hope such a fix would also allow us to merge duplicate addresses on a person's record. (E.g., St. versus Street, but everything else is the same)
