Donor Survey Template; Different Options to Send (auto, maually, mail, electronic)

Donor surveys help organizations learn why someone gives. It would be great to be able to send a donor survey out to all active donors quarterly and annually, straight from Altru, similar to how we send out acknowledgement letters. They could be sent via email and there could be an option to send it manually.
