Currently, the function to delete a program group within a combination is not possible when there are ticket sales associated. Our team was learning how to use this function and accidentally added a new group to the combo. When we went back to delete it, we were unable to because this program previously has a long-standing history of revenue. The particular group has no revenue associated with it, but the overall combination does. Now this group exists online for our ticket sales and the mistake is visible to the general public. Since Altru is not an intuitive platform, we should be given some grace for mistakes and be able to delete a group from the combo, or at least be able to fully control what content we put on our website without constraints from Altru.
