For those on a dual membership we realized we are not getting the email of the 2nd person on a membership when they sign up. We would like to be able to do this to assist in gathering this info to let secondary members receive member news and help with duplicate management. We would also want those who are just listing "Guest" to be able to bypass this step (to avoid making accidental records)
