When an online sales order is unresolved, many customers are not aware, especially if their bank account shows a pending charge. They come to our front desk not aware the order is not complete and have to do the order again. Most of our staff do not have access to merchant services to see if an order is incomplete. An email alert to customers or on the checkout page would be very helpful.
